Tuition Policy
Enrollment is for an entire 17-week session and no refunds or deductions will be granted for absence or withdrawal, unless for medical reasons.
Tuition payments are to be paid at the
beginning of each session or can be paid in 4 installments a session.
Those choosing the installment payment plan will not receive bills or phone call reminders and will be charged the late fee if there is an overdue payment.
If there are extenuating circumstances regarding payment, please speak to the Director BEFORE tuition is due.
First Installment payment or full fall session payment must be made at the time of registration. Other installment payments must be received within the first 7 days in September, October, and November.
Spring session payments must be received within the first 7 days of classes in January and the first 7 days in February, March, and April.
Tuition is pro-rated for students enrolling mid-session.
An annual registration fee of $15 per individual or $25 per family is due once a year at the time of registration.
A family discount will be applied at 10% for a second child and 20% for a third child. The discount is applied to the lower tuition amount.
Moderately-priced costume purchases will be made by those students who choose to participate in the Spring Showcase.
Students enrolled in Session 1 who do not wish to participate in the Spring Showcase must use the opt-out form to notify the Director by December 1 or they will be charged a costume fee.
If a tuition payment is more than 3 days late, a fee of $20.00 will be incurred. If the payment has not been received by the first day of the following month, the student will
not be admitted into classes.
If students have any outstanding charges, they will be unable to perform in the Spring Showcase.
A fee of $30.00 will be charged for a returned check.
Private lessons are available. The cost ranges from $45 to $60 per hour depending on the Instructor. Please speak to the Instructor for details. Private lessons cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice (except in an emergency) will be charged 50% of the cost of the lesson.
Studio Rental: $15 an hour for individuals and groups who wish to rent the studio for a class or rehearsal. Renters may or may not be associated with the school.
Tuition and registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except in the case of a serious illness of more than 3 weeks.
The pricing structure is based on a seventeen-week session.
There is a special tuition incentive for boys placed in the Academy Division. Please see the Director for details.
